Hey Gang, I just bought my first duplex and was researching water saving shower heads and came upon this post.

99% of the time it is paid off at the closing table of the sale of the property (post rehab) or at the refinance (after you have a renter). 

@Carlos Ptriawan.... read the post.... he got it cut and is now trying to get paid back.

Getting right into it, I have been seeing many posts about people doing the BRRRR method and all of it is very good to soak in.

Getting a mortgage without a job will be near impossible without going with an alternative loan product that will come with a high down payment and high interest, which is not the "househacking" way. 

I'm finding your post a little confusing.

They are the absolute worse and can’t communicate properly, they delayed having my property posted for over a month and can’t do basic tasks.
