I'd laugh at someone making this demand.It's the title company's job to check Ids for fraud prevention in my opinion.

I have one in that neighborhood that got some tornado damage and I got a free new roof and siding from the insurance company lol.

I know that it is typically 20% gross income to have another company manage the property, but wanting to know the cost breakdown if I were to self manage.

There are full custodial plans and checkbook plans as I mentioned and either of these can be set up with companies that act as plan document provider.
