Is it a contract just between the person being loaned to and the SDIRA owner (by way of FBO-owner in the IRA)?

I utilized the Agents tab to be “matched” the one person available doesn’t work with fix/flip projects.

I personally believe its harder to find a great tax professional who doesnt just know the basics.
