I've basically relied on word of mouth from friends and past clients or from direct buyer leads on my active listings but I'm looking to launch into something more sophisticated and take the next leap as far as leads and sales go.  

Back then (before the 2008 crash) my would-be-wife friend and I bought one each in a newly developing community on the 2nd/3rd phrase, hoping it would appreciate after a couple of years holding to rent. 

I am trying to open the bank account for this newly created LLC and was wondering if there is any banks which is better than others. 

One of my biggest pet peeves is when people pick a color of roofing or siding because they "like it" without any consideration of how it looks with whats existing.I think a light green (seafoam or similar) with cream.trim and the brown roof may look nice.Also note metal roofs can be cleaned periodically to keep them looking sharp.I would also trim that overgrown landscaping to make the newly painted house pop!

The newly elected City Council held a preliminary vote in March 2020 to change and modify these rules to be more in favor of STRs, and decided at that meeting to review the rules at a later date.
