There’s so much flexibility you CAN create, even with self management, through effective platforms (hospitable, Pricelabs, smart locks, great cleaners/handyman).

Not sure if they are any better, but they do have some metrics the sponsors have to follow....they somewhat vet the deals, they don't let everyone on the platform, etc. 

I have been getting many recommended videos for real estate on all social media platforms i use and I think its a sign for me to actually do something I'm interested in doing.

BiggerPockets is a great platform to join when wanting to start your real estate journey.

I will be sure to use the resources that Bigger Pockets has, as well as the other platforms you mentioned, to build my network!

Has anybody bought mobile homes from Spartan Properties before?

Evicting old ladies is a bit of a turn from a mobile home investment, if I'm remembering correctly!
