I have a mentor that lives out there!

I would be curious to hear how any of you out of state investors found a mentor to help invest out of state in the specific region you are looking at.

I feel like I have gained about 100 mentors overnight, and all I wanted was one.

Try to not go into debt maybe to go a state school or finish your first two years at a junior college to save $.

Our local mentor advised that if we have to go to court, as long as they can't produce a current lease, we should be able to get them out in a worst case scenario...Anyway, thanks for the advice about the infestations.  

I was told by a so called mentor that I shouldn't even start doing deals at all until I got an LLC setup.

When I was younger, in my foolish 20's, I did this very thing. . .biting the hand of wise mentors whom only wanted to help me.A fool and his money are soon parted!
