Does anyone have any suggestions/leads or places to look? 

Looking to purchase my first Mobile Home Park and looking for Leads.

The potential deals I have are distressed property leads provided by an REA.

I have a lead that I’m pursuing and looking to understand if I need a notary to get the property under contract?

He leads an extensive discussion about the "entity" and the "institution" against him (which is the bank).

Homes all around us began dropping prices, but it didn't lead to more interest, so we held strong at a higher price waiting to see what happened. 

The friends I have that are succesful in this area are actively pursuing leads through auctions, friends, etc...  

I was curious to know if anyone has discovered a convenient, quick way to find phone numbers for Real Estate leads other than the white pages?

The proceeds from the sale would also be used to pay off any unpaid medical bills etc.So if they already are receiving support, make sure their is no MassHealth coverage currently, which could lead to liens and more complication.
