All I had to do before I put it back on the market was to do some landscaping to improve the curb appeal, slap on a new coat of paint inside and it was good to go!

Needs plumbing, electrical, probably siding, and landscaping.

I certainly understand the intent of state law requiring the verification of covenants to prevent things such as landscapers and other invasive, disruptive businesses from ruining the feel of a neighborhood.

The MLS pictures do not show his garbage cans only the nice landscape.

From the look of the property, it hasn't been lived in for quite some time, though the structure looks to be in good condition, there are apparent signs of neglect in the landscaping and cleaning of the inside.After doing some research, it appears the owners have purchased a smaller newer home in the neighboring county, and they appear to be retirement age based on facebook postings.

A local landscape company quoted me at $5500 for the project - drought tolerant set up with a mix of rocks, bark, and plants/bushes.

Could use some exterior work to make it more pleasing to the eye for sure, things like paint, new doors, windows, and landscaping.
