It's personal preference, but I wouldn't do it.Adding A/C: Assuming $4,000 to get an extra $50/month, that's a payback of 80 months, almost 7 years.

These are all questions that I need to answer and account for before I start trying to predict what is going to happen to the market.Lastly, the individuals giving you advice probably have their entire life savings tied up in the stock market. 

But the guys at PAC are typically very responsive in their work from what I see.If you buy a performing note from them (or most note investors) you are buying it as-is and if the borrower stops performing, you're on your own.If you invest in a 506(c) that is different in that it provides a preferred return and you can ask for the history of the fund.

Due diligence and hiring an attorney prior to the deal instead of after the deal is preferable but not infallible.

Also, as each of these containers needs to be shipped in individually (one per truck) that unless you're going to a local or regional supplier, the transportation costs will be substantial.I hope this helps.Scott  

We've found that some would prefer to just stay and deal with it just like a homeowner would have to do.

Also, I have read about certain investors who prefer to throw the wholesaler a finders fee rather than putting it under contract.

Due to bad and costly experiences  I do not recommend this company and the affiliated Real Property Management Preferred.
