Why is it from recent experience lenders get upset when you are reluctant to provide your personal data for them to run credit checks without the courtesy of first answering your questions such as do you offer energy efficient mortgages combined with an interest only payment option or conventional mortgage with another option of green features to insure you are not throwing money to the wind long term down the road.

As far as I know, this list will simply give you properties (not houses) which are owned by someone who does not live at that property.If you only want to buy houses, cross check your list with zillow to make sure that a house is there.

If there's not a lot of competition, the investors aren't going to get a lot of cross traffic from buyers looking at the other houses; by the same token, if there's not a lot of competition and buyers are making offers, either the house or the price is undesirable.- As others have said above, ensuring that the buyer is well vetted is very important.
