What aggravates me about this situation is the HOA never communicated anything to me personally about the trash in front of the property until yesterday when I received an email of the incident and a fine and a required meeting with the board.My management team told me the trash from the rehab would be hauled away, not just left in front of the property in one of the two parking spaces.

Was there a specific reason - aesthetics, trying to use up space, (not sure if "the land and asphalt all add up by adding 10 ft" fits here), etc.?

It's a single family converted into two units. 1st unit is on top floor, 3 bedrooms.

We installed a water well, fencing, a compacted house pad, and built an $80k barn/workshop.Before we could start the house, I got laid off (oil & gas) and we converted about 1,000sf of the barn to living space.

She has been paying me extra here and there to "save up" to replace the floors that were damaged.

I was a winning bidder and was very surprised that the unit was not destroyed inside, but mainly needs new flooring.

Hello all,My husband and I have found a short sale in Virginia and we are about to put an offer using a VA loan.The problem with this property is that the master bathroom as no Floor and no toilet (the all bathroom need to be redone).

Add to all of that the confusion of BP'ers writing recommendations for companies they work for or commentators who are actually getting paid referrals and it can be confusing.Feel free to message me - I would be happy to share with you companies we have masterminded with for best practices in this space and whom you may want to check out.I would however recommend buying in NV based on what you've shared, but if you go out of state, just be patient.
