 1 said they only lend to llc and to not put in my name also if I pay cash for the property it would be less up front because I would only have to bring 20 percent to the closing for purchase versus paying 100 percent and they would provide 100 on the rehab I guess to your point they would make more in the end

@Jessica Alu yes ATM are in my opinion the best passive income but to answer your question my family knows the owner of the company that makes the ATMs and they sell it to us for a small percent of the profits (7%) which seems like alittle but adds up once you own 15+ like me but with the amount of profit I really don’t mind paying the fee if you are in the PA NJ area I could help you start up a ATM side hustle really good for making a few extra thousands a month
