I will try to get this with an FHA loan, since it is my first house.I am kind of curious, for the people who are in Eugene or familiar with this area, if this is feasible still.

If you find good enough deals and market them properly, the investors will start coming out of the woodwork to you.10 or 20 wholesale deals is completely feasible for you to do in a year, but also realize you will have to change what you are doing.

The cash flow prospects seem so good but just wanted to make sure it is really feasible..especially based on current inventory.

All that said, a small property like the one you are looking at a full blown feasibility study. 

I have been looking at wholesaling and find it hard to get my head around or if it is even feasible in my market [so cal].

I know I have the leverage of threatening to rent elsewhere,  problem is,  with my biz (laundromat) - elsewhere is a big expensive ordeal that isn't feasible.

My question is, after running numbers on multiple properties utilizing Airdna data and running my own calculations from Airbnb and VRBO, is investing in downtown Bentonville feasible or worth it?

@James Wise @Jay Hinrichs @Russell Brazil -- I completely hear you on this, and we certainly want to make it feasible for those with large amounts of experience and bigger portfolios to showcase their deals. 

I'd go conventional if it's readily feasible.
