That extra 5% in your pocket might be helpful.The personal loan monthly payment will count against your debt-to-income ratio. 

What will you do with the extra cash not siren on the down payment?

Also take into account this is a leap year so I would gain an extra day as well.

I would work extra hard to make sure you are prepared and have a plan.

I don't want to be an agent but I do feel like I can use the extra knowledge.
