I wouldn't summarize it as sales, at all, I see it as part human-centered design, part strategy development and execution, you wont just be selling a home, you will be analyzing the product, finding its strengths, deeply understanding the buyer- what they are trying to accomplish, what their need is and how they measure success in buying a home and aligning your actions and resources to make sure the product(home you are listing) is both buyable and discoverable.

Spend 19 with expectations of getting a plan and network in place (learn the rules of the game) and begin to execute in a year.

Go now, develop your goal and your why, then develop your plan and lastly EXECUTE your plan.  

You can gain that experience through education, mentorship, and running a park yourself of course, but the goal is to become the expert at determining and executing the right strategy for a park.As it relates to management, just remember that your ability to move the needle will be directly related to the quality of the onsite manager, and YOUR ability to provide the proper leadership, goals for the park, and resources/support to help your onsite staff achieve them.All the best,Jack

I have been able to find software that allowed me to execute my lease non-contact.

This would then pay for our mortgage in Denver at 3% fixed debt that I will hold long term as the family home.I will let you know if I do a good job at executing later this year. 

If they have places that are normally full, it would be easy to direct guests to your place and they'd be making money.Do they have executive rentals down there? 

Develop a plan to put those resources in place and start executing.
