On top of that, we have had several people approach us about managing their STR in the area while they are traveling for the summer.

If they fail to do it, then they have to pay $XXX (make it enough to cover your travel expenses) or lose that amount from the sales price.  

I’m pretty excited that, even with all of these hurdles ($30+K over in rehabs + $15k roof replacement), at the end of the day, when rented out, I can still call this house an asset.

I will be traveling to LA for a couple of days for an out of state multi-family investor meet-up.

I think more people want to work with young excited energetic investors more than they’d want to work with someone older from my limited experience.
