The clawfoot tub rotted through because she was using the tub as a garbage can and the trash juice ate through the cast iron!

Once you find your team… you have to look at what they’re serving up so that when they find a deal they’re working on and it gets you juiced - you’re ready to take action and partner with them!

Have you told the seller that you intend to see the applicable schedules of his tax returns (K-1 or Sch E) as part of the contract contingency?

Update to 1 open area with changing rooms and possibly a sauna as well etc.Lease out club room, currently a room with a couch and a tv to a Juice bar or coffee company.Update Game room to more than a pool table and TV, place furniture from club room into game room. or update to a business center with public use PC's, Printer/ Copy/ Fax machines.Reevaluate Property value with bank to pay back initial invested amount with a previously agreed amount of interest and % ownershipProfit?

Or, if i sold it for $210,000, would my Sch E income now be $150,000?
