I wouldn't agree to anything repair wise until he shows you whats required to be done and why....if you have a co problem youve got a ducting/ventilation issue and 900 seems awfully expensive

I would completely avoid Co Ops.

But what surprises me is they are forcing condos and co-ops to have a single master account instead of individual account for each unit.

If you try to sign a lease with someone under 18, it will be automatically void.First time renters:  I've never had this myself but you can require a co-signer.Previous evictions:  I go back 5 years for no evictions. 

They might have moved to Colorado now.
