We'll be asking attendees to pre-register for sessions so we can better gauge interest properly allot classrooms accordingly.We should have longer sessions too, which will allow for deeper dives into the content.As far as timing goes, we will still have a tight schedule between sessions in order to make the most of our time there, but will have ample time for networking in the evenings.

Here the more bedrooms the better so if you can fit 3 that’s great but the city or county you’re in may limit you to 2 depending on size allowed plus if you’re on city water and sewer vs septic that may play a factor as well because they may require a separate septic system which is $$$.

The original floor plan was completely removed from both units and a new floor plan was installed which allowed for 2 bedroom units on the 2nd floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor (utilizing a portion of the basement).

They were large 1 bedroom units with dining rooms, I converted certain rooms within the structure to other functions, updating the bath and kitchens converting the units into 2 bedroom units.
