For each industry/location/medium Google will change the rank of the ranking factors AND their Artificial intelligence tools will rank you differently based on what it learns over time.If you are going to hire someone for SEO make sure the specialize in your industry and make sure they are aligned with your success.

A few posts from the forums and now your insightful posts/responses streamlined steps helped me get past that.I’m now researching to get 1) Deal under contract and 4) business plan to close 1) including the value add/ asset management.If there is a MFR deal with 50k-70k and 25k in renovations I know I can get / have the finances aligned.

Most people spend their lives (me included sometimes) knowing what their personal goals are and then making daily decisions that do not align with them. 

Several of my previous teams fell apart because our vision and values were not aligned.

You can try a seller finance deal and negotiate something low on that, but those are very hard to find and all the stars have to align.

An area the GC and I are having trouble aligning is the liquidate damage clause where a delay in the finish date of the project will have a percentage deducted from his final payment.

And my numbers align with the other people we know who own properties in our area.And you can chisel out some expenses, as @Peter Mohylsky mentioned.
