I appreciate the  reply.I know people in the area with a variety of construction skills.Whatever I cant do, I am sure i know someone who can.I am pretty lucky to already be pretty well connected in that aspect.

Make sure you plug in a variety of dates to get a feel for prices over time; without dates AirBNB will just show you their base rate.Good luck and let us know how it goes!

@Brenden Mitchum I moved to Atlanta to stay with my girlfriend who is an Architect, I have a degree in Aerospace and Atlanta provides a great variety of options for me on that front, it is just a coincidence that my investing strategy is MF.

I will be looking to invest $200-300K into a multi-family deal at that time and I am open to a variety of deals to include 5 units and up.

This variety of tenants is a good thing, but figuring out the demand of each one has me scratching my head.  

For a variety of reasons it is what we wanted to do.  

There are some great communities in our  area, and lots of variety in the rental space.
