You say investment but doing this long enough that is sometimes parlance for this deal might be looking like an investment but are you going to live there (owner occupied)?

I have a good friend in Stevensville Montana who does this nationwide.

With rates as high as they are and RTVs this low, I'll probably barely breakeven (if that) if I did standard 80LTV.I like cash flow.
