I haven’t had to hire out PM for my rentals yet but what I’ve been told is that 10% are good, 80% are mediocre/fine, and 10% are awful. 

Actually 1.45% but when factoring in PM, vacancy and renovation percentages, my cash flow is only $160. 

The property’s potential for strong appreciation and steady rental income made it an attractive addition to my portfolio.
