I spoke to them, and they agreed to move out.

Hello, does anyone have an example move-out form I can see for tenants to sign confirming that they have taken all their property and the place is in good condition (minus wear and tear).

In June 2022, I got married and my wife moved in, and around that same time, all the tenants moved out.

Not sure how you feel about living around others but a 2-4 unit would be a great investment but also a great way to learn about real estate investing and which direction you'd like to go with moving forward. 

I like the idea of short/mid term rentals more then the long term...one big reason is not having to move all of his stuff...or at least being able to take my time.
