For purposes of this paragraph (e), the term dwelling unit has the same meaning as in section 280A(f)(1), but does not include appurtenant structures or other property.This is what I'm a little hung up on. 

.- By living in the home you get an introduction to all aspects of landlording directly hands on.

@Alejandro Calixto already knows my lender as I made the introduction, but when I was starting out the my lender literally changed my investing career.
