Alot of selfish liars on this post, we all know most ppl who get into the business started from nothing to make something. 

Realize you’re asking about marketing, but read your other post on the subject also.My brother and his wife just bought a place near Lucca, Italy.

Reading some of the posts it seems I’ve stumbled into an arena of folks far more comfortable with large amounts of debt. 

Your mentor has needs; try to meet them and develop a mutually beneficial relationship.A mentor can benefit your growth, but it's not as simple as one post on a forum full of strangers.
