Don't give her more time to play games with you. 

We are still very new to the real estate game, but we remembered why we got into it in the first place, and that was to build a portfolio of appreciating assets that cash-flowed.

I also loved The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek.

The end game for me is to resell the land.

If you have an agent, I would see what connections they have in that regard but there are definitely deals on the MLS and waiting to buy is going to be the biggest thing that slows down your game plan. 

I am trying to decide what my best game plan is for the next 2ish years here before I move forward…begin with the end in mind.

I was born and raised in NYC, so I saw first hand the shell game being played on the streets and how scams were ran.

I am really finished with my current job and course in life, and am really looking to get into the real estate game, and hopefully one day in the future, gain that financial freedom!

Anyways, all that to say, just get in the game!

I would also greatly appreciate any advice from prior or current service members who have insight to the game !
