Local authorities send "fair housing testers" to check out landlords.This is some years ago when most rentals are advertised in newspapers.

Some people have mentioned that bringing this issue up to the housing authority for Unit 4 will do nothing.

So we can only see the unit(s) if our offer is accepted2) Is it good to have section 8 tenants, does it mean the rents are deposited from the Housing Authority?
