I'm interested in this topic as I didn't use our association pool last summer because they require me to submit a photo of our family members in order to obtain access to the pool, and I find that a bit creepy.

Lesson learned.Prior to entering into the deal, we discussed the possibility of foreclosure and the cost/time associated with such.

I have never tried this particular area and if you see some of the older posts here on BP you might see that I associate it with attorneys that chase ambulances to try for a case to sue some one for.
