http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=106553,00.html Be aware that the heading there says abusive tax schemes; however, it then goes to explain how they are legal or not.As long as it is a Revocable Land Trust it will be considered pass through just as your single member LLC.

I'm interested in this topic as I didn't use our association pool last summer because they require me to submit a photo of our family members in order to obtain access to the pool, and I find that a bit creepy.

I have never tried this particular area and if you see some of the older posts here on BP you might see that I associate it with attorneys that chase ambulances to try for a case to sue some one for.
