I am going to throw this out there and play devils advocate- while I believe they will cut rates because its an election coming, I ask why are they cutting rates?

For the record I also am not a YouTuber, nor do I partake in social media other than this, or am I trying to convince anyone of anything, but I understand the judgement and attempts to again otherwise discredit one person's experiences...

I am learning more and more about section 8 and wonder if it would be a good strategy to convert the project to that as I checked the zip code and what you get for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments is much more than what we are getting at the moment.

I am active in the Nashville, TN market as an investor and real estate agent for investors.

My experience in Denver has been that I have a home with an unpermitted floor above the garage and when we went into the city to find out about the work and if it was permitted they have been pretty generous with me since it's clear based on the ownership timeline that it was not me who did the work but we also have really lax laws in CO in regards to being able to fix your own primary residence yourself without a contractor if you're living in it at the time.

I am not doing a lot of direct mailing but I have over 15 years of marketing experience.

It is part of a larger building and I am not able to assess whether it is in some way a condo, and if so, are they up to date with any fees.
