The "Planning Phase" is definitely a mindset that can be broken.

Jason - Those buttons show up for members who have established accounts prior to our upgrade in January into a Social network.

While one may only be proposing to fix a couple of broken tiles you can see from the ground the other may have found more issues and may be proposing to do more work than the other.

We sent out several announcement emails to ALL members and posted these on the site as well letting people know about changes in the PM system.All members were told to backup or save their PMs, as we were upgrading our system to the current one.

We're having a problem with our site cookies, so the box is useless right now.Once we upgrade our forum, which we're in the midst of doing development for, this problem will disappear.
