There is very little of this stock, so not a lot of trading going on.People in European countries don't have this asset class to invest in the way we do in America.

@Lee Burns Depending upon the type of lease option, the particulars of the deal, and your negotiating skills, your requirement to pay option money will vary from nothing to many thousands. 

Anyone want to trade a sixplex of 1000 sq foot townhomes in Riverdale for single family homes ITP? 

That is not effective and people won't learn from that in this trade.
