I followed BP for a while and decided it was time for me to jump in this forum.

I know I am old when I have never ordered door dash, uber eats and did venmo for the first time a few months ago.

*I haven’t been able to make many in the past several months, but they happen all the time.

I don't want to fork over 50 K into a tree that will rot in a relatively short period of time.  

Its been a couple weeks since returning to BP con, and I feel like its taken about that same amount of time to wade through all my notes, ideas, inspirations, and things i "could do".

Conversely, if I don't BRRRR and add these properties 1 at a time skipping the last R then I could reach the same cashflow goal with 6 homes.

However, these don’t have appreciation and will require the same cap ex over time.
