Now, the rule in San Diego isn't as bad as other places (that require local agents and in-person attendance at city council meetings) in that they only require that you obtain a short term rental license and pay some business tax.

hello my name is Brian, I recently purchased a 4-family house in Connecticut which is fully rented with fha loan, I was doing research and found that If I downsize and get a single family house to closer to my job I will be able to keep my current 4 family house and obtain another fha loan for the single family, any insights to this?
