Let me be brief on my first property I bought about two years ago: I bought a 2 bed 1 bath duplex in a neighborhood that has a lot of vacancy and low rents( I found out about this after I bought the property, again not studying my market) for 95k with a conventional loan at 4.12% interest with a 25% down payment for 30 years PITI is $540 a month.

Thanks, RZYou can use your degree or schooling as part of your employment time frame if you can document that the major you studied was instrumental in helping you obtain your current occupation or is in the same field as your major. (2 year employment history)This allows you to bypass the 2 year employment and tax return dilemma.

I ordered their home study course the beginning of April and at the time of writing this (May 9th), I have still not received the course.After waiting 2 weeks for the material to come I finally contacted someone by phone over there and they said that they would send out another course to my address since I never received the first that was apparently sent.
