technically it happens all the time, but real estate is less liquid thus its more obvious. ever try and buy a stock at a specific price and that price is no longer valid because the price changed.

And of course the general location and specific location (is it on busy street, near train tracks, transformer substation, etc.)After that, I would say the quality of the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the master bedroom (is there a walk in closet).Then HVAC.

With all of that being said, does anyone have a legal soft proof of funds letter (pre-approval) that is editable and will work in all 50 states?

Are they legal?

Does a trust account by definition mean that money will be held a specific financial institution location?
