Hey @Courtney Smith - most real estate transactions don't go smoothly and will always have hiccups, that's pretty normal. 

Another advantage of this strategy, is if you can plug into that one person's network of people, those people are likely already used to working together anyways so it will run more smoothly that finding every team member separately, and trying to make them work together.
