As opposed to taking offense, simply posting a comment to contradict the poster using viable and non personal attacking comments are the best way to shut down such posts.

The low tech route...In Hawaii, where many of the condos have just the window ac units...some owners have installed a simple "turn the dial" timer so the ac shuts off automatically.

From what we are seeing in my resort town of Park City Utah, almost all major public events have been shut down for the summer.

This is one reason why so many PMC's will do successful business for years only to have one little hiccup down the road and then shut their doors or be forced to sell... and who do they sell to?

If anyone lives in MN they know that if you keep a bedroom door shut it will always be cooler than the rest of the house. 

It is a pain and does slow the process - but in my area they can shut you down, fine you, etc.
