Community banks where they take the relationship as a big factor into the equation.  

Non realtor (me) drawing up purchase contract with seller financing land deal, owner is listed as "ABC Inc Profit Sharing Plan" in the county CAD.

Especially if they aren't sharing the info I mentioned above.
