Due to Engelo's team and contact I was able to secure everything from a distance (CPA for taxes, Lawyer for the setup of the LLC, Insurance, inspection etc etc..). 

A few things I can add to what you have already discovered -Encore At Reunion - It's in a great location, and, when you buy in there, you have access to the amenities in Reunion itself. 

Regardless of location and appreciation % you get you'll get more in a SFH vs a condo.
