It illustrates a lot of functions about the bigger pockets website. 

It's pretty robust and may do more than you need it to.

So is there currently a functional fence? 

Try going to professional seminars for Realtors, appraisers, title insurance agents, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, your building regs office, planning and zoning officials, or economic development functions.

Your contract is part of settlement and your title policy and settlement functions are based in that contract.

Keep responses simple, such as "The entry is clean and functional, we will not be making any changes at this time."

If you know basic Wordpress to put together a functional website and know how to implement plugins, you can have a site on par wit or better than an agency.

@Brandon Turner Thanks for the webinar last night I did not realize how robust the analyzer is, great tool and worth the pro dues 

My bet is that there will have to be some auditing of investors to show the ability to invest, I don't think they would make any ruling that includes that threshold without an audit function to verify meeting the requirement......otherwise, why make the requirement?
