Learning to pick the property manager better and deal with unexpected repairs hands-off.

Class C #1, owned for a year, might be finally stabilizing after repairs were called in by tenant 6 times in 7 months - I was -$300 to -$700 a month.

He's interesting in partnering and, at least for now, would be contributing services.Is there a standard capital / profits interest for situations where services are the only thing contributed?

In fact, in fact… core goods (stuff you can buy) are underperforming services (people do/provide labor for you).

How have you done with expenses, quality of tenants, turnover, cash flow, their property management team, customer service, etc.
