I went to the property today to drop off welcome letters- including when I expect the rent, their contact info, a pre-postage envelop, and some holiday candy.

We spend all family holidays up there!

I am giving them a little extra time and had them sign a right of revision but wont hesitate to evict around hte holidays if things turn south.

I'll wait for winter if necessary but these are other investor's and they don't take a break over the Holidays.

Or do you think I should just relax and save up the funds then buy?

Finally enjoying the relaxation of having somebody else do the work.

When we go down - we can just relax and enjoy in a lovely 2 bedroom condo without any responsibilities while we are there.
