When you mention Class C to B-, what generalized areas are you referring to? 

I will be in the great LA area for one to two weeks so any references or info will be appreciated.Plz send me a private message.

Our municipal website has a comprehensive plan to refer to that many find beneficial.  

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a good source to use and refer my client to? 

Maybe they'll be the original homeowner and remember and have information, maybe not.When you find a contractor ask for references and call or show up and ask questions.

The area to the south that I referred to are coded U-TU-C --> Urban - Two Unit - C (5,500 sq ft minimum zone lot size).
