None of this is a done deal, but it has potential to be a rare opportunity for RE investors that exercise diligence and intelligence.Intel 10 years ago decided to build there 10 B fab plant in Hillsboro Oregon and brought in 6k workers and single handily took the pdx metro out of the deep recession.. and it just keeps steaming along.. all the other companies that now want to locate there and all the talent they bring in.. some will go on to start thier own companies etc etc..

I have an additional two years to decide if I want to sue my Buyer for breach of agreement.Sure, the Seller could have found a deal that paid them more (oh wait, they had the house on the market for 9 months * NINE MONTHS and couldn’t sell the thing), so they took my deal.I had given the Seller $10 for a down.

Based on those two facts alone she should be willing to provide owner financing and to be flexible on the price since she will not be paying rent (unless she decides that she is willing to pay rent).
