Seems the dirty little trick and lazy method of debt collection is to report the credit bureau straightaway...I mean why not handle more accounts and collect on more accounts instead of wasting time picking up the phone, emailing, or otherwise tracking me down?

And so does her daughter so I think it's in safe hands for at least another generation.Oh, and as for the guy I met here on BP, I'm paying him to oversee everything and keep things on track.

@Brandon Sturgill you brought some really Important points that I did not think before. using having Move in/ Move out checklist helps but to address tenant needs we personally want our tenants to be happy so will communicate with them on that. just discovered Buildium, looks this Platform is solid and far better than Zillow RM. it has a feature to add local handyman, Repairs ticket, status track, Community wall to notify all tenants and much more. i will see if anyone had any success stories using these Platforms. 

Also hard to keep track of the progress of a project from out of state.

If you have 5 properties with 5 separate management teams in 5 different states you’re going to have to file loads of taxes and keep track of 5 different management styles which will become a full time job.

Do we just need to know the very basics like keeping track of net worth and balancing assets, liability, equity?
