IMO, marketing a service does not belong in a thread where someone is seeking advice.Mark, nothing personal, I see it's your 6th post here, we just frown on slef promotion while giving opinions or advice, especially the under the radar type.

I considered reading this book a few years ago until I read enough reviews to see that this is simply a self promotion play of authors to get people to purchase their book, but more importantly sign up for their investment newsletters and other products.

Usually I just laugh to myself as I get the next promotion....

I fight against any and all limitations set by the government that promote mediocrity, the status quo, irresponsibility and the message that the government will solve all my problems.How do I fight, not violently, but with letters to my representatives, educating others to current events, and by reading and posting on forums like this one that promote innovation, creative, free speech, and the bettering of oneself.

Read all you can before spending any money with the note training promoters.

I understand that  this forum is to help promote knowledge among real estate investors but what concerns me is the real lack of knowledge of individuals that want to call themselves REI's.
