@Arlyssa WarnerAs mentioned a mobile home is not real estate - with it being in a community where they don’t own the land it’s the equivalent of buying a car.

He has been buying businesses owned by aging Boomers, and the TAM (Total Available Market) for him is huge.

Additionally, you get the tax benefits of owning real estate, equity buildup as you pay down your loan, and you're actively learning how to landlord/manage a rental property.

I have HELOC on my own home and thought to use it to pay off my sister’s debt, but it is just the trade off debt, instead of her , it’s me now.

Hi Everyone, I am glad I joined Biggerpockets to start my investment journey.I was trying to buy my own house first but I decided my mind to buy investment property first.

I am starting a new journey in the mobile home niche I eventually want to write my own notes (shout out to lonnie) but would like to gather cash and I feel the best step to this is to do wholesaling.

You will probably have to buy the property on it's own as an LLC and then take out a second business or personal loan on the RV. 

We are super busy, and aren't really in the business of running errands for tenants and then bringing keys to them like their own personal assistants.
