Two, you may not have the property under contract,  Three, you don't know how to control a deal.PS: of course there are investors without any integrity and maybe you should use a NDNC  I generally just choose not to do business with them 

Look at reviews online and talk to other investors.

Here in Pittsburgh, the county does all its record-keeping online, and you can find out all kinds of information about people through a few county websites.

I work much better with a real person then by reading instructions online. 

Yea, so after about 2 years I still don’t know what even possessed me to go back online and start researching more but I jumped back in .

Literally wondering where to look online besides CL but wouldn’t mind hearing from others who use services to find renters.

A lot of rental product is just now hitting the market and will be coming on line in the near future. 

Many people asked me should they become a realtor.. my short answer was it will be much easier if you have an existing large network "100 plus professionals" or willing to work your way up prospecting everyday.. cold calling, door knocking or paying for lead generation tools online..
