The timeframe wasn't mentioned but assuming it was after that initial 7-10 days option  the rest sounds just like what I'm used to in the selling process.

Not to mention upkeep (repairs, taxes, water, insurance) of her personal property (reverse mortgage) and mine.

It's very difficult to even give a rough estimation like people mentioned above because there are so many variables involved.

- In terms of market due diligence, what is an optimal target population, what percentage of such demographic should be 50+(or if that needs to be of higher age), and what about net worth/income?

My neighbor came to me a few days ago and mentioned that he will possibly be selling is home via short sale.
